What does Logistics and Warehouses include?
It includes a collection console, receiving calendar, order management console, warehouse, packer, receiver and transport records; plus picking, packing, receiving, purchase return notes, and purchase and transfer requests. Scope is configured for your operation.
Does Stellar MOBILE work offline?
Yes. Stellar MOBILE supports operation with or without connectivity. Enabled processes and synchronization are configured for your operation; real-time lookup requires connectivity. MOBILE requires Stellar BUSINESS and compatible Android PDAs.
Can I receive goods without a purchase order?
Yes. Stellar MOBILE supports receiving with or without a purchase order, according to the processes and permissions defined for the project.
Are picking and packing available?
Yes. They are included in Logistics and Warehouses and in Stellar MOBILE processes, to select, prepare, organize and pack orders.
How are outgoing goods verified?
MOBILE supports invoice verification by scanning its barcode on a PDA. Verification and dispatch documents are configured for your workflow.
Can I manage multiple warehouses and transfers?
Yes. Stellar supports warehouse records, physical inventory, adjustments, movements and transfers. MOBILE supports these tasks on compatible devices.
Can we offer B2B orders and customer credit?
WEBSTORE supports B2B and B2C sales. Business management includes quotes, orders, agreements, invoices, credit, advances and accounts receivable. Channel conditions and integrations are defined in the project.
Can RFID be added to the warehouse?
We can evaluate RFID for receiving, counts and movement control. Tags, readers and read points are selected for the goods, and integration with Stellar is tested in the warehouse environment.
Does it also cover administration and production?
Business management covers purchasing, accounts receivable and payable, treasury and taxes. ACCOUNT provides accounting and HUMAN RESOURCES provides workforce management. If you manufacture products, Production can be evaluated: formulas, production orders, manual production and unit records.
