Can I use RFID to manage my hardware store’s warehouse?
Yes. We can evaluate RFID to identify goods at receiving, support inventory counts and verify movements or dispatch at defined read points. Tags, readers and integration with Stellar are selected for the products and warehouse. Suitable on-metal tags are evaluated for tools and other metal items, with read testing in the actual environment.
Can I work with a large product catalog?
Yes. Stellar supports categories, product codes, alternative codes, barcode or description lookup and stock control. We organize the catalog and lookup permissions for your hardware store.
Can I prepare quotes and serve professional customers?
Yes. You can manage quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices, sales agreements, customer credit and advances. Documents and controls are defined for counter, business and project sales.
Does checkout work offline?
Stellar POS offers local offline operation and is designed for high transaction volumes. Scope depends on the installation and equipment. Payment authorizations, gateways and synchronization may require connectivity.
How does it help prepare and verify dispatch?
Stellar MOBILE supports picking, packing and barcode invoice verification to validate outgoing goods. It also supports receiving, counts, adjustments and movements between warehouses. It requires BUSINESS and compatible Android PDAs.
Can I coordinate multiple branches and warehouses?
Yes. Multiple locations, warehouses, users, permissions, movements and transfers are supported. Purchasing, suppliers, receivables and payables can be part of central business management.
Can I sell online and on mobile?
WEBSTORE can connect catalog, prices, stock and orders through the available integration. APP STORE extends the mobile experience with modules according to plan. Payments, preparation, dispatch and POS connection are defined per project.
Which add-ons can I include?
You can explore eGIFTCARD, eZELLE, PROMO and PriceCHECK. PROMO and PriceCHECK require BUSINESS; PriceCHECK also needs an Android micro kiosk. eGIFTCARD and eZELLE integrate with POS, BUSINESS and WEBSTORE within their scope.
Do you offer electronic labels and Digital Signage?
Yes. We evaluate different ESL models and sizes for your shelves, alongside displays, digital totems and interactive kiosks. The customer display requires Stellar POS. Equipment, mounts, content and integration are selected for your store.
Does it support in-house production or rental advances?
Stellar supports formulas, production orders, manual production, and records of units and administrative units. It also supports advances for rental mode. Each process and its scope are reviewed; integration with specialized machinery is not assumed.
